Account help
We can help with login, registration, password reset, profile settings and football region preference issues.
- Use password reset if you cannot access your account.
- Do not send passwords or private reset links by email.
- Profile and notification settings are available after sign-in.
Football data issues
Live scores, fixtures, standings and player data can occasionally be delayed or corrected after publication.
- Send the match, team or competition URL.
- Explain what appears incorrect.
- Attach a screenshot if it helps describe the issue.
Match alerts and notifications
Browser alerts depend on your device, browser permissions and MatchTide notification settings.
- Check browser notification permission.
- Review followed teams or matches.
- Update notification settings from your account.
Abuse, spam and inappropriate content
Report spam, impersonation, abusive comments, harmful profile names or other public content that may violate MatchTide rules.
Security
If you notice suspicious account access, contact support. MatchTide will never ask you to email your password.
