Is MatchTide an official football service?
No. MatchTide is an independent football information service. It is not officially connected to a league, federation, club, player, venue, broadcaster, bookmaker or data provider unless a relationship is expressly stated.
Can I watch matches on MatchTide?
No. MatchTide is not a streaming or broadcasting service and does not sell access to matches.
Where does the football data come from?
A substantial part is supplied through API-Football/API-Sports and combined with MatchTide processing. See Football Data, Sources and Rights.
Is the score or fixture information guaranteed?
No. Automated data can be delayed, incomplete or corrected later. Verify important information with an official source.
How do I report incorrect football data?
Use the football-data correction form in the Support Centre and include the exact page, field, proposed correction and an authoritative source where available. Open form
Is MatchTide a betting service?
No. MatchTide does not take bets or hold gambling funds. Predictions and odds-related information are informational and do not guarantee an outcome.
Can I create an account if I am under 18?
No. Accounts, comments and other account-only community features are for adults aged 18 or over. Public football pages can be browsed without an account.
Are alerts browser push notifications?
Not currently. MatchTide alerts are displayed inside your account unless a different delivery channel is expressly introduced. They are not guaranteed to be real time.
Can I report a comment?
Yes. Use the report action beside the comment or the community-report form. Eligible moderation decisions can be appealed. Open form
Can I export or delete my account data?
Yes. Account settings provide export and deletion workflows. Some public comments may be anonymised rather than removed automatically, and limited legal or security records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Does MatchTide use artificial intelligence?
MatchTide may use automation and AI for moderation, football descriptions, translations, predictions, relevance and editorial content. Human review is not guaranteed for every automated publication. See the Editorial, AI and Corrections Policy.
Does MatchTide use Google Analytics?
Yes. MatchTide already uses Google Analytics 4. In the United Kingdom, limited cookieless measurement may operate before you make a choice, with analytics storage and all advertising-related consent denied. In regions configured to require prior consent, Google Analytics is blocked until you allow analytics cookies. Advertising features remain disabled. See Privacy Choices.
How do I report a logo, photograph or rights concern?
Use the rights-request form or email [email protected]. MatchTide can suppress a specific asset and prevent automatic re-import while a case is reviewed. Open form
