Our approach
MatchTide aims to support keyboard navigation, clear focus states, meaningful headings, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, form labels, error identification and text alternatives where appropriate.
We design public football pages, legal information and support forms so they can be used without relying only on colour, pointer input or large screens.
Current status
MatchTide is an evolving independent service. This Statement does not claim formal certification or complete conformance with every WCAG success criterion.
Automated tests, component checks and manual review are used where practical, but they cannot identify every barrier.
Known types of limitation
Possible limitations may include:
- complex live-score tables or rapidly updating match information;
- third-party logos, photographs or data with incomplete alternative text;
- charts or statistics that need a clearer text equivalent;
- focus changes in dynamic account or comment components;
- older administrative or editorial content; and
- third-party anti-abuse or authentication components.
Reporting a problem
Use the accessibility category in the Support Centre or email [email protected]. Open form
Please include:
- the page URL;
- the task you were trying to complete;
- the device and browser;
- assistive technology, if relevant; and
- a description or screenshot of the barrier, without unnecessary personal data.
Response
MatchTide will review the issue and may provide a workaround, correct the page or include the problem in the accessibility backlog. Response time depends on severity and complexity.
Alternative format
If you need a legal or support page in a more accessible format, contact [email protected] and explain the format or adjustment required.
Review
This Statement is reviewed when material interface or accessibility changes are made.
