Dynamo.kiev.ua reports that Football Ranked’s computer model places Shakhtar Donetsk 31st in its projected final standings for the 2026/27 Champions League league phase.
The model gives Shakhtar a 0.9% chance of reaching the last 16 directly, which requires a top-eight finish. It assigns the Ukrainian side a 29% chance of finishing between ninth and 24th and entering the play-off round for a place in the last 16.
Football Ranked’s forecast lists Bayern Munich as the leading contender for a direct last-16 place, at 85%, followed by Arsenal on 80% and Manchester City on 76%.
